The 59th Annual Business Meeting of the United Way of Okaloosa-Walton Counties was held Friday, March 11th at Niceville Crosspoint. The meeting celebrated the successes of 2015 including the presentation of three major awards.
The first award was presented by 2015 Fund Distribution Co-Chair Patricia Parker which recognized S4P Synergy as the United Way Partner Agency of the Year. 2015 Campaign Chair Betty Brassell explained the creation of the Traveling Campaign Trophy, “The Robinson Campaign Trophy” given in honor of Bill Robinson, past CEO/President of the United Way, and represented the Best Corporate Campaign Support from a business and their employees. And the winner was InDyne. Outgoing Board Chair Robert Kamm saluted Niceville Publix’s Store Manager, Mark Seifert as the Volunteer of the Year, recognizing his time and leadership served on the Funds Distribution Committee, Campaign Cabinet volunteer and member of the United Way Board of Directors.

Outgoing Board Chair Robert Kamm (pictured left) recognized the time and leadership he gave as he volunteered on the Fund Distribution Committee, Campaign Cabinet volunteer and member of the Board of Directors.
