Fort Walton Beach, FL – The United Way of Okaloosa-Walton Counties has set the dates for the annual Loaned Executive Training for July 29th and July 30th. The Loaned Executive Program is one of the most comprehensive management training programs in the area.
A Loaned Executive is just that – a loan of an executive employee (or multiple executives) from organizations for an intensive period from July 30 – December 12. These Loaned Executives play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising initiatives in a wide variety of situations during the annual United Way Campaign. When area companies hold their United Way workplace giving campaigns, a group of Loaned Executives works with United Way to raise our visibility and reach our community campaign goal.
Concentrated into just over four months, the program is a tremendous opportunity to get acquainted with local issues and those working on them. It’s also a chance to network in the business community, and make contacts that can later benefit the Loaned Executive’s company. The Loaned Executive Program will train employees in public speaking, setting and reaching goals, project management, sales and business development, networking, team building and much more.
