Frances joined United Way Emerald Coast (UWEC) in June 2024 to support the President & CEO and day to day UWEC Operations. Prior to joining UWEC, Frances had a career in the onsite healthcare industry focusing on clinical operations. Locally, she has been involved with Impact100 NWF since 2017,serving on the Board of Directors and as a part of the Grants Committee.
