Jenn joined United Way Emerald Coast (UWEC) in June 2025 as the Director of Impact.
Prior to joining UWEC, Jenn served for five years as a Community Resource Coordinator within Air Force Special Operations Command, where she supported service members and their families through targeted programming, crisis response, and resource coordination. Her professional background blends nonprofit leadership, social advocacy, and military community support.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master’s degree in Social Justice and Human Rights from the University of Arizona. She is passionate about creating inclusive systems that ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
