Kelly Jasen

President & CEO

Kelly Jasen joined United Way Emerald Coast (UWEC) in November 2019, becoming the first female President & CEO of the organization. She oversees day-to-day operations for the nonprofit organization and leads the talented team working to cultivate partnerships capable of creating lasting changes in Okaloosa and Walton counties. 

She brings more than a dozen years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to this role, she served as another United Way's Director of Development where she led fundraising efforts as well as donor and corporate relationships. Her prior work experience also includes serving and advocating for seniors and disabled adults as well as homeless children.

She is deeply committed to her community and has a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of others. She is currently active in The Rotary Club of Destin, United Way of Florida’s Board of Directors, the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors, the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors, UWEC's Women United and is a graduate of Mentoring Emerald Coast, Destin Forward, Leadership Okaloosa, and Leadership Pensacola. She has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by United Way, the Emerging Leader of the Year by the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce, and was a Rising Star by Inweekly Magazine.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Central Florida. Raised in south Florida but having lived in the panhandle for 10+ years, Kelly is proud to call the Emerald Coast home. In her downtime, she enjoys spoiling her mini australian shepherds (Laila and Linus), going on road trips, and discussing true crime podcasts.

She is honored to lead our local United Way and strives to bring innovative and energetic leadership to the organization.
