Women United empowers women and girls in Okaloosa and Walton counties through mental health resources, education, and support. With 101 members, we've hosted free EmpowHER seminars for teens, where 85% reported improved confidence and mental health, and provided crisis kits to every Title I school in Walton County as well as several in Okaloosa County- and we're not done yet!
