Financial Info

United Way Emerald Coast (UWEC) adheres to stringent financial reporting requirements to ensure accountability and transparency. Each year, UWEC undergoes an audit by an independent CPA firm and files the Form 990 with the IRS. The audit report and Form 990 are reviewed by UWEC’s Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

There is nothing more important to UWEC than the trust and confidence of our donors.  For that reason, UWEC maintains the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and transparency in the stewardship and financial management of donors’ investments into our community.  We believe that a key element of transparency is freely sharing not only our IRS Form 990 (as required by law) but also our independently audited financial statements. It is our hope that doing so demonstrates our commitment to public accountability for the financial stewardship of the assets our donors have entrusted to us.

Below you will find United Way Emerald Coast's independently audited Annual Financial Statements, IRS Form 990 filings, and our most recent Annual Reports. For physical copies or filings from earlier years, please contact kendra@united-way.org. Additionally, we have listed our Accreditations.
